Dosage form: eye drop

Composition: a 8-ml bottle contains

Cloramphenicol                                                                    32mg

Excipients ( Nipagin, Nipazol, Aqua destillata) q.s.       1ml.

Indications:

– For treatment of ophthalmia,  dacryocystitis, keratitis, eye infections and trachoma.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of this medicine.
• Newborn and under-six-month children, pregnant and lactational women.

Dosage and Administration:

– 2 – 3 drops each time, 3- 4 times a day.

– Don’t use overdosage.

Self-life: 36 months from the manufacturing date.

Presentation: A box of an 8-ml bottle.

Storage: Store in dry and cool places, not exceeding 30°C, protected from light.
